I would be most active over the weekends if i don't have sports. But I can also play almost all week days depending on what has happened recently in my life or just sports. How much time can you dedicate to the server daily? I can spend about 3-4 hours on weekends and 2 hours on weekdays with sports, and 4 hours without sports. I only have two practices a week lasting 2 hours. And tournaments every other weekend and sometimes they take long and sometimes they don't. Average of 3-7 hours a tournament. [b]Communication[/b] Do you have a working microphone which you can communicate with others?: Yes, i do have a working mic that does not echo or have any sort of static. (smooth mic) Do you have Discord? If not are you willing to download it to communicate with the staff and community?: I do have discord, i have yet to join the server but after i apply i will. Rate your communication skills with players, 1 out of 10, and [b][i]EXPLAIN[/i][/b]. : (8) I'd put myself as an 8 because some people take me serious and others don't. I can get aggressive if needed to calm the player or get him/her to listen. But I will try my best not to go overboard or offend the player. I'm also a pretty chill dude in my opinion and normally just relax and try to play the game at a normal pace. But i can also get a little wild with friends and players. I'm also good at getting a player to tell the truth or as you could say (expose him). But I mainly think i sound like a (chill) dude. [b]Server Questions[/b] How long have you been playing on the server?:  Have you donated to the server? If so include what you donated for. : I have not donated before but the thought has come across my mind and i might donate down the road. What is something you personally would like to achieve on the server?: To become a well respected person and staff member. I also want to be a fair and well rounded person. I don't want to be known as an abuser or lazy staff. I just want to help the server grow and make the players cooperate better with others. Yes, there are minges and people who mess around on purpose. But that's why i'm here to those kinds of people. I would like to do that because no one wants a server filled with RDM and NLR and all the other ban able offenses. Do you have any previous bans? Explain them. I don't have any previous bans.  What is more important, the Administrators or the players? [b][i]EXPLAIN[/i][/b] your decision. : They player is obviously more important. Without the player(s) we wouldn't be able to do our job. And without our job we would be useless. So always, the player comes before staff. What is your favorite part of the server?: The well trained staff. I don't really know why I have so much fun with it but I've never seen anything like it.  [b]In-Depth Questions[/b] What rank are you applying for? I am applying for Moderator rank. Have you applied for this rank before?: Not on this server no. But I would need some training because I haven't been staff on a Gmod server in a good while. But if you know the game Unturned, I am a moderator on a server in that game. Why do you want to be a staff member?[i][b] Explain[/b][/i] in 150 words or more. : I would like to become a staff member so that I can help advance the server and make sure there are no minges and people who just kill randomly. I also love helping people, because as a player when your in a weird situation you would want help. So I would like to be there to help players. I also like it when people thank me or just have a good mind set about me or others. it also feels good to get rid of players who try and ruin the game for others. It's almost like getting revenge in a way. I also get frustrated when people are racist and pick on little kids because of their age and thought process. That's another reason why I would want to be there for a player, because I and others would not want to get treated the way young players do most of the time. I just want to be a respected staff member and known the help others and to be there for them when they report or need help. Why do you deserve this rank?: I feel like I deserve the rank as a Moderator because I help the server without even being a staff member. When people RDM and NLR I report it and they always get jailed, warned, or banned. And I just want to be able to do it myself then and there instead of having to talk to staff or wait a minute or two. What makes you different than the other staff members currently on the server?: I'm 13, I know that's not the best thing but its different then older staff. My age could help with younger players to get them to listen better. The only downside on this is that older players wont take me as serious. But i think for my age I am mature and will approach the problem accordingly. Name three values do you think a staff member should possess and [i][b]EXPLAIN[/b][/i]. : They should have respect, honesty, and loyalty. Without those three values or traits that would make a dishonest and abusive staff member. You have to have respect so that the player would listen to you. Honesty, is to keep your word and don't be bias because another player is your friend. You have to teach them as a normal player. Loyalty, so that you can't betray the server or go around and abuse and crash the server. You should also respect and be loyal and honest to your higher ups. What can you contribute to the server?: Hopefully all three of those values and more. I would love to be able to stop the guys who ruin all the fun for others. I can get children to listen to me because of me being a younger member but still a teenager. Why should you be chosen over another applicant?: I put thought into what I do and I will be an active staff member and will always try my best to do what I can to help the server. I also think that I am a well known player on the server. Everyone mainly knows me as the Cultist. But, because of this I catch a lot of RDM and NLR without even being a st Can you name the main body of the staff team? Include Owners, Managers, Super Admins, Admins and Mods. Diablo is the person who owns the server(aka big boi), Lummo is a super admin, Skittlez and Chubbs are admins, Stanley the Dog is the manager and is also fluffy. I have met most of the staff but don't know them to well. I used to be a Head-Mod on a Star Wars RP server that was Jedi vs Sith. But that's all i remember doing. Also on another game called Unturned I am a Moderator and have tons of experience on that. Now, saying that the commands are way different I know the generic commands but will need help at the beginning.  How familiar are you with the commands needed to be used to moderate on the server?: I know most of the generic ones but the more advanced I will most likely have to be taught. I know Jail Tp, Tp, Ban, Kick, Warn, and more that I can just look up if needed.
